Cancer Detection Based On Symptoms

All are aware of this deadly disease Cancer that has the potential to affect any part of the body. The worst part is most cancer types do not exhibit specific symptoms and cause pain until they are well advanced. While few cancer types have common symptoms, they are mistaken as less serious and usually ignored.

Cancer can be recognized with the following symptoms:

Persistent Fatigue: it is the most common symptom with the cancer patient. Though the symptom is more common is advanced stage it can occur in early stage as well.

Unintentional Weight loss:
Those who suddenly lose more than 10 pounds weight going in for a diet regime can be an alarming sign as it is the first symptom one experiences.

Fever:
It is the most common sign for any disease and so in cancer. Changes In The Skin, When you find the skin change like jaundice, darkening of skin, abnormal hair growth, redding and skin itchiness can indicate certain types of cancer.

Pain:
Pain is the more prominent factor when the cancer has progressed. However in bone cancer it is an early sign.

In addition to this one should not ignore other signs like lump or thickening of breast or in any other part of the body, changes in wart or mole, changes in bowel or bladder movements, persistent cough and hoarseness, wounds do not heal, unusual bleeding or discharge, indigestion and difficulty in swallowing.
