Symptoms Of Diarrhea In Early Pregnancy

Diarrhea is very common during pregnancy and the reason for it is always external. Diarrhea is not always matter to be worried if the reason involved is healthy. But if it has happened due to unhealthy cause one needs to contact the caregiver immediately.

The moment you know you have conceived you immediately change your diet and switch on to nutritious and healthy food and lots of fluids. The more liquid you supply to the body combined with body getting rid of toxins in preparation for your baby can result in Diarrhea. This being a healthy cause one need not to worry.

The unhealthy causes are stomach flu, intestinal parasites and food poisoning. During pregnancy it makes you utterly uncomfortable and puts you at the risk of dehydration. Diarrhea should not last for more than two days and if it is then consulting the doctor is the best thing one should do as this can be the indication of more serious issues.

Even if it is simple and prolongs for more than two days can result in the major problem of premature labor.
