High Blood Pressure The Silent Killer

Almost every third person will have the complain of high blood pressure and to most it remains undetected till the time it causes considerable damage to most organs. It is a grave matter to be worried about as no precise or abnormal symptoms are evident in the body to make out the person is having high blood pressure. It is rightly called as silent killer as it gradually damages the organs without giving you the slightest hint.

People with high blood pressure would not know until and unless it is measured even the early symptoms are mild and does not give any alarming signals for the patient to worry. However few people with early stage high blood pressure may have headache, dizziness, blurred vision which is mistaken as chronic fatigue. You may also experience feeling of faintness and shortness of breath.

But all these early signs are not of much help the best thing would be to verify with the doctor. Studies have revealed the swollen blood vessels of the eyes are the early signs of high blood pressure. Consulting the doctor and getting thorough checkup is the right thing one should do. Those suffering from this are prone to organ failure and other complications.
