Warning Signs Of Stress

Every person's approach and reaction to stress differs and so do the signs and the symptoms. The stress would be based on the events happening in one's life. It is the natural tendency of the body to react to any extremities and challenges posed in everyday life. One experiences stress in some form or the other.

One should take the problem of stress seriously as it has direct effect on one's health and foremost reason to bring mind and body disorders. Being Impatient, lack of coordination, consistent headache, nail biting, More impatient, restlessness, difficulty to sleep, speech difficulties, Ulcers, low blood sugar, high blood sugar, abrupt weight gain, abrupt weight loss, menstrual problem, infertility, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, recurring influenza, recurring colds, hair loss, chest pain, muscles aches, loss of appetite, increased appetite, forgetfulness, excessive fatigue, gastric disturbance, feeling desolate,hopelessness, emotional exhaustion, frustration, failure, despair and cynicism. If you find these signs in you, the best thing would be go to the physician and take help and guidance from them to avert the further damage to your body.
